Our Personal Service
From Design to Delivery
Feel free to drop in any time when we are open. There is no need to make an appointment.
When you arrive we will sit you down, offer you a beverage and discuss garment design and fabrics with you.
We will offer suggestions, based on our experience, but the final choice will always rest with you.
If you have a garment you wish to have copied, or use as a template, this is also fine. Just bring it with you. Alternatively, if you have seen something in a magazine or on the internet just show it to us and we are confident we will be able match it.
Once we have agreed a design and fabric we will give you a final price. If you are happy to proceed we will then take your measurements and agree the order and delivery timescale that day.
This will include a time and date for your first fitting.
Once we agree the order the most important thing is your satisfaction with the final garment within the agreed timescale. Be assured we will schedule as many fittings as necessary to ensure this.
Orders
You can order your garments during your visit.

We will give you a final price and agree times for fittings and final delivery.

If you wish to order a further garment based on one we have already supplied we may be able to accept this over the telephone provided we still hold the details of your original purchase.
Payment
We normally seek a deposit of 50% of the value of the order, with the balance paid upon completion.
Our preferred method of payment is cash in Vietnamese Dong (VND)
We also accept payment by VIsa/MasterCard debit and credit cards -subject to a small surcharge to pay bank processing charges. The exchange rate for card payments will be as determined by your card issuer.
Collection and Delivery
After the final fitting the garment will be finished off and readied for delivery or collection. This will often be on the same day provided the final fitting is not in the late afternoon or evening.
If not collected, the order can be delivered free of charge to the customer’s hotel in Hoi An or sent by post or delivery company to the home country of the customer. In this case a price for delivery will be given at the time of order.
